iwishihad, wonders again, as we all now do, about 'Workplace Accreditation?' The current move, in this 'Dream-Alive' Land is to assess capability in the Workplace!

Wheee! Say you. At last! No lexical, squiggly, costly attendance at TAFE! I can show 'Them' what "I" am capable of ! (little, "I" interference again?)

Maybe. Maybe, not so? You will have to be 'Assessed' by a Cert IV Workplace Assessor, unless, like the PM and all the Government chaps, you have, 'Been Voted' in. Yuk!!

It makes a lotta sense, this 'Workplace Assessment, dunnit? Show-em what you can do! Pride in Capability. Perhaps, more pay!

BUT, them Assessors are creatures of 'Procedure,' not 'Content,' aint they? Will they really value and assess your 'Content' in an holistic manner?
